Vanessa Cox is Managing Partner of Lucas Group Europe and also heads the Financial & Professional Services Team. Kai joined Lucas Group in 2005 as Senior Partner. Kai has been in the recruiting business since 1998. His focus is on the European life sciences / pharmaceutical and defense & aeronautical sector. Wolfgang majored in business administration at the universities of Gießen and Göttingen and gained his doctorate (Dr.rer.pol.) from Göttingen University. He has worked in retained Executive Search in Europe since 2002, He holds responsible for national and international assignments. Wolfgang has written numerous publications and has lectured at well-known international institutions. He is an active member of various business associations. Wolfgang is a reserve officer and holds the rank of Major in an airborne assault unit of the German armed forces (Bundeswehr).

Annett joined Lucas Group Europe in January 2006 as Research Manager. Before she joined Lucas Group she was mainly working as freelancer in marketing. Her thesis was on the changed requirements for academic education in our society. Since October 2006 Annett is a Consultant at Lucas Group. Her recruiting experience includes positions in Sales & Marketing, Distribution & Logistics as well as Manufacturing and General Management. She is licensed trainer in competence diagnostics and development. Annett speaks English, French and Italian.

Rick Fogle has worked in Executive Search since 1990 and came to Lucas Group at the end of 2004. He studied history and languages at Penn State and the Free University of Berlin, received his qualification as an Interpreter in Economics and started his own language services firm in Paris and Berlin after college. He is an American who has lived and worked in six countries on three continents. He is multilingual and is especially active in cross-border searches requiring good intercultural skills. His sector focus has mainly been in the areas of IT, Telecommunications and Banking/Financial Services; however, he has also had considerable exposure to other sectors in his years recruiting in the "Global Village."
